Teen Leader Weekend shapes the next generation of leaders in West Virginia by providing opportunities for skill development, personal growth, community involvement, and positive youth development.
 

Teen Leader Weekend is packed with learning! Campers will participate in hands-on activities that promote leadership skills, teamwork, and networking abilities. They will return to their counties with new ideas, programs, and leadership skills they can use at the 4-H clubs, county camps, and Teen Leader programs.
