From May 5–9, the WVU Alumni Palmetto Chapter will take part in a special Read Aloud Program at Bluffton Elementary School. Members will visit a 2nd grade class throughout the week to share beloved stories from West Virginia and South Carolina, fostering a love for reading and regional pride.

A highlight of the week will take place on Wednesday, when Tony Caridi—broadcaster and author of Where, Oh Where, Oh Where, Could We Go—will join the class virtually to read his book to the students himself.
