The Annual Summer Institute is a multi-day professional development experience designed to support health professions students, faculty, and educators at all stages of their teaching careers. The Institute features interactive seminars, hands-on skill development workshops, and expert-led roundtables focused on effective teaching strategies, curriculum design, assessment, feedback, educational leadership, and emerging trends in health professions education. Participants will engage in focused pathways—including the Teaching Scholars Pathway and Education Research Day—while exploring timely topics such as artificial intelligence in education, learner engagement, accreditation challenges, and educational research methods. The Summer Institute provides practical tools, scholarly insight, and opportunities for collaboration to enhance teaching excellence and educational impact.
