On Monday, October 24th by 12PM, banners must be hung up in a visible location at a sorority or fraternity house of the team. To ensure that they are up by noon, pictures must be submitted to by 12PM hanging on the house- banners are to be hung on the NPC team member’s house. We are also requesting that there is a picture closer should it be raining that day, so the judges will be able to judge based on that as a LAST RESORT. Members of your chapter must make the banner. There is to be absolutely NO use of outside help to create your team’s banner (you may not have another chapter or its members create the banner). Failure to comply with this policy will result in disqualification.


Banners should be relevant to the theme and MUST include: Homecoming 2023
Greek letters for your chapter or NPHC Chapter Designation


Banners must be a twin size sheet and may not include any glitter or any other embellishments.(Contact Homecoming Committee if there are any questions)
Banners will be judged Monday afternoon by WVU faculty and staff members. Results will be announced via the @WVULevelUp Instagram. Banners that are obscene, defamatory, or could incite a breach of peace are prohibited. Point Distribution:


1st place: 100 points 2nd place: 75 points 3rd place: 50 points

Participation: 25 points


People’s Choice:


The banners will be posted on Instagram to @WVULevelUp starting Tuesday and ending Thursday at 3PM. The banner with the most “likes” on Instagram will receive an extra 75 points for their banner.
