Join us for this hour-long session where we will use the PLAY model as described in the book “The Fun Habit” by Mike Rucker, PhD. We will evaluate how much time we spend in the various quadrants of activities from pleasing, living, yielding, to agonizing. And we will brainstorm ideas of how to bring more fun into our life by building a “fun file.” Finally, we will discuss the science behind why we are focusing on fun versus happiness.
