June 8-12, June 22-26, July 13-17, and July 27-31. 9 am to 12 pm at Campus Rec.

 

Build speed, power, and confidence in this high-energy 5-day training experience designed for young athletes. Each 3-hour session combines sprint mechanics, agility drills, plyometrics, and conditioning to improve overall athletic performance in a structured and supportive environment.

Athletes will develop proper running technique, increase acceleration and top speed, and enhance change-of-direction ability—all while learning how to compete with focus and composure. Each day also includes a mental performance component, helping athletes build confidence, body awareness, and leadership skills.

The camp progresses throughout the week, ending with performance testing and fun competition so athletes can track their improvement.
