Title: From Surviving to Thriving: Workers with Disability in Tourism

Learning objectives:

  • Discuss research reflexivity from an outsider to an ally, underpinned by a selfless epistemology.
  • Present findings on the participatory action research of thriving for workers with disability in tourism and hospitality, using the Photovoice method.
