Topic: Do accommodations matter? Promotion of academic success of students with disabilities and chronic health conditions through counseling, testing accommodations, and social inclusion

Learning objectives:

• To gain insight into the aims and results of the project “ErfolgInklusiv” (Success Inclusive) – disadvantage compensation, counseling, health promotion, and inclusion as measures to promote academic success of ill and disabled students.
• To demonstrate the quantitative effects of testing accommodations, psychosocial counseling, and social networks on academic success and intent to drop-out from the university.
• To identify practical implications for university staff and disability services.
