The students, organized into two groups, will present the results of their feasibility studies for the River Road Volunteer Fire Department (RRVFD). The studies evaluate two primary options: constructing a new fire station or retrofitting the existing facility with additional new construction. The RRVFD’s current facility is unable to adequately accommodate its apparatus and meet the growing operational demands. Each group has developed multiple feasible alternatives for both options and evaluated them using defined performance measures.
