WV Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental Disabilities (LEND) is hosting the Connecting Families and Providers: A Pathway to Team-Based Care conference on May 15-16, 2025 at the WVU Center for Excellence in Disabilities. Day 1 on May 15 is a pre-conference for providers. Day 2 on May 16 is a day full of interactive webinars for families and providers. Events are free to attend.

The pre-conference for providers on Thursday, May 15 will include in-person active learning during interdisciplinary feeding assessments and personalized learning sessions for family support (full schedule below).

Attendees will be split into two groups: Group A and Group B. These groups are limited to 10 providers each.

The second day of the conference on Friday, May 16 will feature interactive webinars via Zoom. Families, providers and learners are all welcome to join (full schedule below).
