The WVU School of Dentistry is excited to welcome alumni and friends to Morgantown for a day of sharing knowledge and Mountaineer spirit. Hosted by the School’s Alumni Association on Nov. 8, a continuing education course and tailgate are planned at Erickson Alumni Center ahead of the WVU football game against the University of Colorado at Milan Puskar Stadium.

The continuing education course, “History of Infections, Infectious Diseases, and Vaccinations: What We Know and What We Don’t Know,” will be presented by Dr. Robert “Coach” Wanker and Dr. Jerry Bouquot.

The course will begin three hours prior to kickoff and is approved for two continuing education credits. The cost of attendance is $125 for dentists and $100 for dental hygienists.

A BBQ-theme buffet will be served indoors at Erickson Alumni Center beginning at 9 a.m. The tailgate is included in the cost for individuals attending the continuing education opportunity. For those who are only able to attend the tailgate, the cost is $40.
