View map Free EventThe WVU Philosophy Department is extremely fortunate to be hosting world renowned Philosopher and Cognitive Scientist Dr. Daniel Dennett on Friday, February 10, from 4-5:30 p.m., in G-20 Ming Hsieh Hall. The title of Professor Dennett's talk is "How, When and Why Can We Trust Our Brains?" Dennett is respected for his work in philosophy of mind, philosophy of neuroscience, philosophy of science, philosophy of biology, AI, and philosophy of religion. All faculty, students and staff are invited to attend this special public lecture.
