Graduate students can apply for or renew a passport and have their photo taken. Proof of U.S. citizenship (e.g., birth certificate, naturalization certificate, or green card) is required. Those transitioning from a minor to an adult passport need their expired passport and birth certificate copy. This service is typically by appointment.
