Join us for a journey through time at WVU Jackson's Mill during Harvest Time at the Mill, an immersive history and heritage-themed event. The event is an open invitation to the students and the community, welcoming attendees to dive into the rich cultural tapestry of West Virginia.

On Friday, October 20, from 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., West Virginia fourth graders can partake in a captivating day dedicated to history and culture. Homeschool students and youth organizations are encouraged to attend, along with public and private school students.

The historical exploration continues beyond the fourth-grade event. Harvest Time at the Mill extends to Saturday, October 21 (10 a.m. to 5 p.m.), and Sunday, October 22 (10 a.m. to 4 p.m.), welcoming the public of all ages. WVU Jackson's Mill invites everyone to engage in history and heritage activities, including blacksmithing, woodworking, spinning and weaving demonstrations by the Jackson's Mill weaver's guild, gristmilling demonstrations at the historic Blaker gristmill, beekeeping insights from apiary at the Mill partners, heritage-themed youth activities, an escape room experience, and more.
