This session will allow participants to be able to articulate the difference between stalking and lurking. Participants will be able to isolate the conduct at issue in a report of stalking to determine if the behavior is repetitive and discuss the general dynamics related to stalking, including but not limited to the fact that: most stalkers use more than one tactic to follow, track, and/or pursue their victims, and the gender and age disparities in stalking.
