Koru Mindfulness - Koru Basic is a 4-week class that teaches the basic skills of mindfulness and meditation.  It will help you to build the habit of mindfulness practice in your day-to-day life.  Koru Basic is taught as a weekly, 75-minute class over four weeks by a certified Koru instructor. 

Thursdays 5:30PM-6:45PM

Session 1: 9/7, 9/14, 9/21, 9/28

Session 2: 10/12, 10/19, 10/26, 11/2
