The constituents of WVU Extension's ILSR include business, labor, and joint labor-management organizations at the local, regional, and national levels. These organizations drive the content of the program’s work based on the mutual definition of needs. Faculty areas of expertise include labor relations, grievance administration, leadership development, communications, safety and health, public policy, labor history, and the building and construction industry. This session will highlight some of the current initiatives, campus partnerships, and possibilities for future collaborations.
