The Live Like Brent Tailgate returns Sept. 23 to benefit patients at the WVU Cancer Institute! You’re invited to join us again this year for the WVU versus Texas Tech football game. Get a premium lower-level game ticket and access to the pre-game tailgate for $130, or choose the tailgate-only option for $60. The tailgate festivities include food, drinks, and games — all right next to Milan Puskar Stadium.

Last year’s inaugural tailgate event raised $10,000 to establish a comfort fund that supports blood cancer patients in memory of Brent Evans, a WVU graduate who died of blood cancer in 2017. After Brent’s initial diagnosis, he launched an epic winter sports and music festival called Carve 4 Cancer that later evolved into the Live Like Brent Foundation. The organization celebrates his memory by inspiring others to fight blood cancer while living an impassioned life and cherishing each day — just like Brent did.
