Happy Diversity Week Mountaineers! Looking for new strategies for self-care to reduce stress and prevent midterm or finals burnout? Maybe you just want to get out and meet other students? 

If you answered yes to any of these questions, please feel free to join us for Carruth Center’s Color Walk. The color walk is open to all abilities. You will learn about mindfulness and how you can use color walks to ground yourself to the present moment by noticing the many colors around you.
Mindfulness Walk held 9/19 will be on sidewalks and modifications will be made for students who wish to remain in the Mountaineer Room and practice mindfulness indoors.
