Join the Mindfulness Team to explore tips on transitioning to a different season with grace and ease. The practices shared will encourage a sense of grounding and warmth as the weather changes, as well as help participants cultivate resiliency to bounce back quickly from stressors that may arise during the holiday.

 

All students, faculty, and staff of WVU and employees of WVU Medicine are welcome to attend.
