Are you interested in learning ways to manage stress or anxiety? Did you know that learning how to practice mindfulness—in fact only 5 to 10 minutes a day—can help improve sleep, reduce anxiety, and improve ability to manage stress? Carruth’s Mindfulness Basics will teach you the basics of mindfulness and help you to develop the habit of living life more in the present.
