You're invited! Join us for the Department of Physics and Astronomy Annual Holiday Party on Thursday, December 4 at 6:00 PM in the Mountainlair Small Gold Ballroom for an evening of good food, great company, and holiday cheer.

Hosted by our faculty Social Events Committee, this year's celebration will feature a full dinner, table games with prizes, and plenty of opportunities to unwind and connect before the end of the calendar year. Bring your holiday spirit, and maybe a little friendly competition, and help us to make it a night to remember!

• We cannot accept RSVPs after Thursday, November 20 at 11:59 PM. We must provide a headcount to Catering, so if you plan to attend, be sure to submit a complete reservation for your party before the deadline.
  • If you RSVP and realize later you are unable to attend, please let us know as soon as possible.
  • If you are attending with another person from the Department, only complete one form for your party or submit individual forms.
• All are welcome to attend, including undergraduate students, graduate students, postdoctoral researchers, faculty, and staff. Feel free to bring a guest or guests!
