Make and take your own stress balls and sugar scrubs, create your own journal, color mandalas, relax in the massage chair, or take a nap on one of the couches or hammock swings, use sound machines, breathing buddhas and balls, and use our calming 8-balls to learn mindful techniques that help clear our heads and reset our bodies. Light refreshments provided.
