Join us for the fifth annual Frosty Fest at WVU Potomac State College. This free event is meant to kick off the winter season, while celebrating Jack Rollins, the Keyser native who co-wrote the lyrics to Frosty the Snowman. Enjoy a variety of free activities, a storybook corner, cookie decorating, and more! Open to PSC students, faculty, and staff, along with community members. Doors open promptly at 6pm.
