Genograms are a great way to gain insight in order to break unhealthy patterns of behavior. They go beyond the typical family tree to include relationship dynamics, medical histories and significant life events that affect the individual and the family.

In this workshop, you will learn how to create your own genogram, look for patterns with each generation and highlight areas you would like to change.
