Your buttons can display the talents you naturally possess and will encourage conversations comparing and contrasting strengths with your friends and colleagues. Haven’t taken the assessment yet? We can provide faculty, staff, and students with information on how to do so for free. If you already have your results and buttons, you can schedule a free 1-on-1 coaching with one of our Gallup®-Certified Strengths coaches to learn how to intentionally aim your strengths at a goal!
