Students in Amy Weaver's Entrepreneurship class partnered with students at Frankfort Middle School to pitch a food truck business. Teams conceptualized their companies, researched their target market and competition, created a menu, performed a cost analysis, and designed a brand identity and truck. Research was supported by instruction and resources from the library; trucks were constructed through a partnership with the SAGE Innovation Lab. The project culminated in a pitch and presentation for middle school students, including samples of their menu. The student’s food trucks will be on display in the library throughout the month of January. Stop by and take a look!
