DESCRIPTION:The Faculty Development Office is pleased to announce a new str
 ucture for the Longitudinal Teaching Scholars Program (LTSP)\, launching wi
 th the 2025–2027 cohort. This reimagined format is designed to better meet 
 the needs of busy health sciences faculty while continuing to deliver high-
 quality\, meaningful professional development. \n\n \n\nOur Mission is to h
 elp educators on the Health Sciences Campus develop educational skills they
  need to deliver engaging content\, broad concepts in health professions an
 d skills to help them overcome challenging situations throughout their care
 ers. \n\n \n\nOur Vision of LTSP envisions a thriving community of faculty 
 educators across HSC who are empowered to innovate\, lead\, and elevate the
  quality of health professions education thorough evidence-based teaching\,
  collaborative scholarship\, and educational leadership.\n\n \n\nOur Goal i
 s to provide the following: \n\nTo cultivate a cohort of faculty who are eq
 uipped with the knowledge\, skills\, and confidence to:\n\nEnhance skills i
 n clinical\, large group\, and simulation-based teaching\n\nLearn to design
  and lead courses\, clerkships\, and graduate programs\n\nGain tools for su
 ccessful educational scholarship\n\nEngage deeply with content through an i
