About this Event
Over the course of the 2021-2022 academic year, the Office of the Provost worked carefully with the Academic Transformation Rewards and Recognition Committee and other key stakeholders (deans, Academic Transformation Advisory Council, Faculty Senate, etc.) to ensure that the University’s annual review process and promotion and/or tenure processes are transparent, consistent and flexible and reward research, teaching or service activities aligned with the land-grant mission.
In these information sessions, Associate Provost for Faculty Development and Culture Melissa Latimer and Executive Director of Academic Personnel Chris Staples will discuss proposed changes to the University Faculty Appointment, Annual Evaluation, Promotion, and Tenure Document.
