Join us for a fiber arts event featuring beginner workshops in knitting and sewing, make-and-take crafts, and our Community Loom project. There will be a knitting workshop (2 sessions with 6 spots each available) where participants can create a winter pine decoration and a sewing workshop (15 spots available) where participants will make a snowflake ornament. These workshops will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis and all supplies will be provided. There will also be make-and-take cardboard loom weavings and friendship bracelets, as well as the opportunity to add to our Community Loom project; woven with recycled t-shirts. Visitors are encouraged to bring their own old t-shirts to cut and use in the loom to leave their mark on the collective tapestry. All attendees can enjoy complimentary hot chocolate and cookies while they craft with us!
