Wake Up and Walk - Do you want to meet new people?  Do you struggle with lack of motivation or energy?  Join the Carruth Center staff on a weekly journey to stretch, move and have some meaningful conversation.   This drop in space is designed for students to focus on their overall mental well-being and practice some good self-care. It is a great way to start your day and find some extra motivation to get moving.  There is no need to register and you can come as many weeks as you find helpful. All abilities welcome.
