During this 3-part, in-person series, you'll work with small groups and faculty/staff from the WVU Carruth Center and Purpose Center to learn your top 5 CliftonStrengths and how to leverage them for better wellbeing.
In our interactive sessions you will learn to:

 

  • Apply your strengths to preventative self-care
  • Explore and prevent overwhelm
  • Combat Imposter Syndrome using your unique talents

 

This pod is limited to the first 20 students who register--any major and any level are welcome! By registering, you are committing to attend all three sessions.

  • Session 1- Monday, February 5, 2024; 4-5 p.m.
  • Session 2- Monday, March 4, 2024; 4-5 p.m.
  • Session 3- Monday, April 8, 2024; 4-5 p.m.

 

Each session will be held Downtown in the Laurel Room of the Mountainlair.
This initiative is a collaboration between the WVU Purpose Center and the WVU Carruth Center.
