The free menstrual cups will be available to faculty, staff and students through April 23 to help raise awareness about menstrual health and sustainability.

Those interested in receiving a free cup must complete an educational module to learn more about the benefits and how to use the nondisposable cup.

Typically a $30 value, menstrual cups provide a greener and cheaper option by replacing tampons and pads. Cups can be reused for 10 years.  

Cups may be picked up after completing the module on Tuesdays from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. at 236/238 Arnold Hall on Price Street.
