The WVU ADVANCE Center invites faculty members and graduate students to participate in an engaging professional development opportunity focused on empower faculty to take an active role in their mentorship relationships by equipping them with tools to effectively "mentor up" and maximize the value of their professional interactions.  

Participants should first register with NCFDD and watch the following NCFDD webinar: Mentoring Up for Faculty. Two weeks after the webinar, the Center will host an informal drop-in discussion/Q&A session on Thursday, April 10th from 1:30PM to 3:00PM where faculty can learn about how to implement what they learned at WVU. Faculty will have the opportunity to develop personalized plans for implementation with the help of Center personnel.
