The WVU Women's Resource Center invites students, faculty and staff to stop by their booth
during Residence Life’s annual Tunnel of Awareness between February 19 to 21 in the
Mountainlair Ballrooms.
The WRC’s Menstrual Equity for All exhibit will emphasize how limited access to menstrual
products and their monthly costs can lead to health and hygiene risks, financial burdens and
isolation.
The display will not only shed light on period poverty, but also on how to support menstrual
equity at WVU and in our community, and remind those who are currently experiencing these
challenges that they are not alone.

The WRC provides a comprehensive list of on-and-off campus resources for women and
families. The site includes information on career resources, basic needs, healthcare, dependent
care, healthy living, student organizations as well as services for immigrants, the LGBTQ+ community, veterans and women’s rights groups.
